Younis Khan likely to play again in Pakistan Cup

Middle order test batsman Younis Khan got show cause notice from PCB after his misconduct with umpires in Pakistan Cup in which he left the tournament but according to latest reports by PCB chairman accepted the apology of Younis so he can play rest of the matches.  

PCB just released an official statement which is in response to the show cause notice, the test player, and middle order batsman, Younis Khan, has once again apologized to the Chairman PCB for his inappropriate conduct.

PCB chairman Shahryar Khan has accepted his apology again for the second time in three days, he has also praised Younis Khan’s services for Pakistan and has allowed him to rejoined Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan Cup.

Younis Khan apologized to PCB Chairman on Monday personally after the call from Shahryar Khan and showed his willingness to play in the Pakistan Cup again.

But, PCB turned down Younis’ apology on Tuesday and showed him with a show cause notice and also stopped him from representing KPK in the tournament as a captain of the team.

Ahmed Shahzad was leading Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s side in the absence of Younis Khan.
