Traffic Suspended at SAPT Terminal after Two Ships Collide at Karachi Port

KARACHI: Traffic at the South Asia Port Terminal (SAPT) was suspended after two ships reportedly collided at the Karachi port here on Monday.

According to information obtained from sources, two containers from Hapeg-Lloyd’s ship Toltan were accidentally offboarded, resulting in the suspension of operations at SAPT.

Administration of the deep port managed to avert possible damage to the cranes through a timely operation.
