Three Pakistanis are kidnapped for ransom from Istanbul, capital of Turkey.
Zeeshan, Mudassir and Farid, residents of Rawat, Rawalpindi were kidnapped on 6th March.
The worst situation is for the families as kidnappers have demanded $60,000 ransom from the families of the abductees, an amount they claim they don’t have the sources to pay as ransom.
According to families, kidnappers demanded ransom through social media and “they keep them tied; they have only eaten once in three days. They beat them,” a family member said.
They travelled to Turkey in search of jobs and sadly their families took loans to send them there. Meanwhile, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has directed the Federal Investigation Agency to get in touch with the families.
