Tahir ul Qadri accepts invitation to join sit-in of PTI
Islamabad: Founding chairperson of Minhaj ul Qaran International, Dr Tahir ul Qadri has accepted the invitation of Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad for joining the sit-in of Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf (PTI) going to be launched in Islamabad on November 2nd, the sources revealed.
According to the details, chief of Awami Mulsim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad telephoned Dr Tahir ul Qadri in order to convince him for joining the sit-in and invited him to arrive at the federal capital along with his followers.
It is pertinent to mention here that prior to this meeting between Dr Tahir ul Qadri and Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad; he refused to go with PTI chief Imran Khan in the movement against the corruption of Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif.
Moreover, it is noteworthy here that two years ago, both Imran Khan and Dr Tahir ul Qadri had launched a movement against Nawaz Sharif government for killing the innocent people of Model Town and rigging in general elections 2013.
