Spanish embassy employee found dead in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD: A Spanish embassy representative in Pakistan was discovered dead at his home on Thursday morning, police said.
Juan José Giner had been dwelling in Pakistan for almost 34 years, police said, including that he had been living alone in a house in the F-7 division as both his spouses had abandoned him.
Police recovered a gun from Giner’s living arrangement and said that extra evidence was being gathered. The gun was found close to Giner’s body, police said, proposing that it might have been an instance of suicide.
Director Police (SP) City Shaikh Zubair told Dawn News that a measurable versatile lab had achieved the spot and further examinations are in progress.
He said that Giner’s body had been moved to Polyclinic healing facility and the Spanish office had been informed of the occurrence.
