Lahore: Smart boards will be installed in all public schools of Punjab, says CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.
Shabaz Sharif was chairing the meeting to analyze different aspects of smart boards in schools and to better education standards in the province and to improve the teaching skills. Shahbaz Sharif stated that the project was started to facilitate students in educational activities and aimed to make teachers compatible with modern technology.
Education through smart boards is already ongoing in education projects of Chief Minister Punjab. Smart boards LCD(s) are in work in Danish Schools and some institutes of Southern Punjab. Chief minister also said that smart board for education is a modern teaching technology which enhances the use of technology and improves education standards.
CM stated that innovation of smart boards in schools would enhance education standards and also improve teaching skills; the system will be gradually introduced in all public schools of Punjab. He ensured in the meeting that every possible step will be taken to provide students modern technologies of education and to improve education standard.
Shahbaz also said that education will be spread in every corner of the Punjab and in this regard consultancy of British experts will be availed.
