Islamabad: Foreign Adviser has denied any possibility of handing over Indian agent Kulbhushan Yadav to his country.
Sartaj Aziz told the house during the question hour that an FIR and case is in the process of registration against the Indian spy to prosecute him under the charges of subversive and terror activities in Pakistan.
Adviser on foreign affairs informed the senate that a list of questions has been handed over to India to seek more information.
The Indian spy was arrested from Balochistan in 2016 and had confessed to holding the sabotage activities and planning many terror attacks.
The Indian spy told the Pakistan security officials that he was a higher Naval officer of India and was working to spread terror in Pakistan. He was also allegedly involved in the extremism being spread in Balochistan.
Sartaj Aziz said that the matter was being raised at International forums to prove the direct and indirect interference of India in Pakistan. Pakistan has also submitted dossiers to the UN on the basis of confessional statement of kulbhushan Yadav, said Sartaj Aziz.
