More than on battlefield, the sovereignty of a nation is first secured with apt and accurate intelligence. Intelligence agencies work in a very discrete manner but there are moments when, like any other institution, it crumbles from within with corrupt management. Raw, being an intelligence agency of India, has long been trying to works on gathering sensitive data to mess with the security of Pakistan, especially to create unrest in Baluchistan.
To substantiate my point, here is a tweet from former DG ISPR, Maj. Gen. Asif Ghafoor:

However, RAW is a third-rate organization with all its cheap intelligence tactics and highly corrupt management which has a tradition of taking kickbacks up to 30/40%, fails miserably by Pakistani army intelligence services.
