Rangers bring ‘dead’ MQM-L worker to life

Sindh Rangers spokesperson Major Qambar Raza has said that a large number of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-L) terrorists have fled the country.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that MQM-London has directed its workers to go underground.

Rangers conducted a raid on July 27, 2017, to arrest MQM-London worker Muhammad Yousaf. Muhammad Yousaf aka Thailay Wala escaped to Mirpurkhas to avoid arrest. Later, MQM-London issued a press release accusing Rangers of kidnapping and killing Yousaf, he explained.

Rangers spokesperson said there is a propaganda being run by MQM-London regarding the killing of its worker Muhammad Yousaf. The real reason for doing this propaganda by MQM-London is to defame the Rangers and to malign the law enforcement body in the eyes of general public.

Yousaf said, “I was working at a construction company where Rangers raided. I fled the scene and got refuge at my friend’s home in Surjani Town. I later escaped to Mirpurkhas where I got home-sicked which compelled me to surrender before the Rangers. Rangers have assured me of giving protection from the MQM-London.”

This is a common practice of MQM-London that they used to kill their workers, make them escaped and put blame on the Rangers. They spread this propaganda through the social media. The reason of Rangers operation is to maintain peace in the city, he added.
