Punjab Govt not buying new helicopter for CM
LAHORE: The Punjab government chose to repair an old helicopter of Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif, rather than purchasing another one to to save expenditures.
The Punjab government had issued Rs 27.5 crore for the repair of a helicopter in Russia, but on its way it had an accident.
A team of four members remained in Russia from December 13 to December 21 for the settlement of another helicopter.
Later the government decided to repair the old one.
