PTI serves legal notice to Ayesha Gulalai

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesman Fawad Chaudhry has said that the entire Sharif family is involved in money laundering.

Ayesha Gulalai met PML-N leader Amir Muqam before conducting a press conference. A legal notice has been served to her to prove her allegations of harassment against the PTI chairman or apologise or else she would be sued for Rs 3 million.

He was addressing a press conference along with the PTI women leaders of Lahore.

He said a week has been elapsed but NAB has yet not filed the reference against Shahbaz Sharif in Hudaibiya Papers Mills case, which the accountability body had promised. “We demand reopening of Hudaibiya Papers Mills case.”

He said Shahid Khaqaan Abbasi is involved in Rs 220 billion corruption scam in LNG case and NAB is the partner in it. He demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan to de-notify Nawaz Sharif from the presidentship of PML-N. “Nawaz League has now believed that Imran Khan will not be disqualified, hence it is using cheap tactics. The nation has demanded the opening of Volume 10 of the JIT report. He asked why the PML-N withdraw its demand of opening the Volume 10.

Chaudhry said Ayesha Gulalai is being used against Imran Khan. A senior journalist said that Rs 5 crore was being paid to Gulalai. She should apologise.

PTI leader Aaliya Hamza said Gulalai has insulted the 54 percent women of this country. She asked her that why Gulalai waits for four years and not left the party if she felt unsafe. PTI gave immense respect to Gulalai, she added.

PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid said women have been respcted in our party. Had the party not supported her she would not have been able to get 52,000 votes. “Imran Khan gave her so much respect,” she added.
