Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has decided to file a Qazf case against Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) legislator Javed Latif in Shriat Court of Swat.

Qafz, false accusation of adultery, is filed against someone who alleges chaste persons, whether man or woman, of homosexuality or adultery.

The decision is being taken after heated arguments between members of the rival political parties in parliament on Thursday, which led to scuffle near gates of the lower house.

Both rival parties members, PTI’s Murad Saeed and PMLN’s Javed Latif attacked each other with slaps, punches. Latif also passed indecent and vulgar remarks about female family members of Murad Saeed.
