Lahore Aug 29(Online): Delegation of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf lead by leader of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar met secretary general of Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) Khuram Nawaz Gandapur.
PAT assured full participation in accountability rally while Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar assured them full support for Qisas movement.
Delegation of PTI comprised of Punjab opposition leader Mehmood ur Rasheed and information secretary Syed Samsam Bukhari while PAT delegation was compromised of Khuram Nawaz Gandapur, Punjab president Busharat Jaspal, and media secretary Noor Ullah Siddique.
Both parties discussed bilateral issues like incompetence and corruption of government while PAT accepted invitation for 3rd September accountability rally.
Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar said PAT has accepted our invitation for accountability rally while we’re standing along them in all issues and assure full participation in all PAT protests of Qisas movement.
On the occasion Chaudhary Sarwar said that the rulers are not only non serious in accountability but also silent on Indian aggression, Kashmir issue and Altaf hatred remarks.
He said that the government is also abstaining from its national duty on these issues but also unwilling to convince international community on Indian aggression.
Gundapur said while talking to PTI’s delegation that Altaf Hussain’s statements are national security threats but government’s silent response also creats immense dissatisfaction among the people of Pakistan.
Both sides agreed the accountability process should start from Prime Minister today because corruption is also heinous threat for security and stability of Pakistan.
After the meeting Chaudhary Sarwar told the media,”We will invite all parties including PPP to movement against corruption because all opposition parties are united on Panama leaks issue.”
Khuram Nawaz Gandapur said whole PTI under leadership of Imran Khan is supporting Qisas movement while PAT will fully participate in accountability rally and all bilateral protests.
PTI and PAT condemn the criminal silence of PM on Indian aggression because government has adopted complete silence on Indian aggression in Kashmir.
