Problems to be resolved by overcoming weaknesses: LHC CJ
Lahore: Chief Justice (CJ) of Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has said that all the problems will have to be resolved by overcoming the weaknesses of the judicial system.
He said this while addressing the judicial officials at the Judicial Academy. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that training has been made compulsory for all the judicial officials before starting their service.
Moreover, the duration of training has been increased to six months, the chief justice informed.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah further said that trainees would be given lectures through video links as well. Moreover, a monitoring cell will be established in the academy soon, which will review performance, he went on to say.
He informed the gathering including the director general of Judicial Academy and other judges that all of them have to know the newly framed jurisprudence and procedures.
Meanwhile, he applauded the hard work of the attendants including judicial officers and lawyers for refashioning and redesigning the judicial structure.
He claimed that the newly designed structure will help them solve the issues and problems of masses.
The honourable LHC CJ concluded that if such practices continue to be executed, we would one day reach a point where all of our problems would have been solved.
