People of Karachi craving for water, regrets Mustafa Kamal
Karachi: Chairperson of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) and former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal has said that people of Karachi are craving for water but the rulers are not serious in tackling this issue.
He added that people of Karachi are living in such conditions that whenever they get some water to drink, they start clapping.
Mustafa Kamal expressed his harsh feelings over the condition of the city and asserted that those nations who got independence after Pakistan, made huge progress in every field but our people are looking for water.
Karachi is world’s seventh largest city in terms of population and it’s the gateway of Central Asia then why our people are spending starving lives? He asked.
PSP Chairperson Mustafa Kamal expressed these words on the occasion when he inaugurated a local office of PSP in Baldia Sadia Abad.
He added that three hundred thousand children died each year due to drinking contaminated water.
He repented that doctors are not attending the hospitals while the machinery of the hospitals is also in bad condition, PSP chief maintained adding that the medicines are also in shortage.
He told the people that they have voted for these people for 9 times in 30 years but their condition has not improved and he asked them to vote for the change.
