Pakistani pilgrims are facing worst situation in Qatar

According to Pakistani embassy officials nearly 550 Pakistani, who were going to perform Umrah, stranded at Doha airport and went to Muscat on Tuesday. It was due to the diplomatic rift between Qatar and 6 other countries.

The six countries Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Maldives and Yemen government cut their diplomatic ties with Qatar.

All these countries announced to cut off all type of sea and air traffic to Qatar.

An official of the Pakistani embassy in Qatar told that all stranded Pakistani were firstly moved by Qatar Airways and after that moved by Oman Air.

In the first step, 400 Pakistani were shifted to Muscat through some special flight on Tuesday morning nearly at 7:00 am while the remaining were shifted by Oman Air nearly at 2:30 pm.

All Pakistani will send to Saudia Arabia soon.

Moreover, Khurram said that staff of Pakistani Embassy was also present at Muscat airport to receive Pakistan passengers and Pakistani commission is also in touch with embassies present in Oman and Saudi Arabia.
