Pakistan Short Film ‘Deception’ chose for the Buddha International Film Festival

Pakistani cinema is certainly increasing worldwide acknowledgment by it short movies or full length films. From Jami’s Moor to Saawan making a significant devastation at different festivals throughout the world

Presently this year Kami Sid starrer short film called Rani , co-created by GrayScale, had its North American debut at the Newport Beach Film Festival in California a month ago, trailed by a screening at the CAAMFest in San Francisco.

Presently another short film by GrayScale, titled Deception, has been chosen for screening at The Buddha International Film Festival (TBIFF) which will be held on June 9 and 10, 2018 in Pune, India.

TBIFF is a stage that gives the chance to movie producers from around the globe to exceed expectations, and to have the best work chose and displayed in a festival of silver screen and additionally cultivate the up and coming generation of producers.

The production organization took to Instagram to share the news and expressed,“This will be our third film to screen internationally, and the second to screen in India. We are thrilled with this news, and hope our friends from across the border enjoy our work.”
Deception revolves around a “man who sells vegetables on the streets of Karachi and uses deceptive means to earn money and it is a chance event which puts him face to face with a person he recently deceived.”

The short movie has been directed by Ruhina Nasir, is composed by Zulqarnain Haider and features Kaleem Ghauri and Waqar Shiekh.
