MD USC removed from post

Islamabad, December 04 (Online): The acting Managing Director of Utility Stores Corporation (USC) Wajid Ali Khan Swati has been removed for his post after thirty days.
The inner sources stated that Wajid Ali Khan Swati was allegedly removed for his post on not obey the order of Zulqarnain Ali Khan the chairman USC Board of Directors (BoD).
According to the notification issued by Ministry of Industry and Predication the additional charge of Managing Director of USC has been taken back from Wajid Ali Khan Swati. Sources stated that administration has decided to give USC MD additional charge to joint secretary Arshad Khan.
Sources stated that Wajid Ali Khan Swati was removed for his post after differences with Zulqarnain Ali Khan. Sources stated that chairman USC Board of Directors has also raised objection on holding a press conference. Wajid Ali Khan Swati has held a press conference and revealed the matters of USC financial deficit, damages and one month performance of USC.
It was worth mentioned here that PML-N during its tenure had changed 12 MD of USC, owing this hideous practice the deficit of USC had reached to Rs 13 billion.
