Khattak sends notice to DC Abbottabad over using sports ground as helipad
PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak on Monday has sent a notice to the Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad over using the sports ground as helipad.
While addressing he said that he had no idea that the helipad for the landing of the helicopter was made in a sports ground. He also expressed his regret over children whose sports were halted and were forcibly sent out of the ground.
He also asserted that the incident was happened due to the mistake of DC Abbotabad and a notice has been sent to him.
He declared that he was not CM ‘Showbaz” ,as a criticism over the CM Punjab, and said that he used his powers within his limits.
He also clarified that propaganda was being done by some elements against their budget. CM also asserted that the development budget would be used only for the development purposes. He said that he would held talks with the military chief to hand over Qila Bala Hissar to provincial government.
He declared that the mass transit train project of Peshawar will be completed till January 2018 and it will connect all the four districts to each other.
