Khan holds MQM responsible for Karachi iniquity
Islamabad: Cricketer-turned politician and chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) was responsible for ravaging the lights of Karachi city.
Khan said this while holding a press conference here on Tuesday. The PTI chairperson stated that key personalities in the city were murdered one by one on the orders of MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
Pardon can be sought if an incident happened only once but the MQM has a complete history of carrying out such violent incidents, he added.
Mr Khan added that everyone knew Altaf Hussain spoke against Pakistan on the Indian soil as he had said “Creation of Pakistan was the greatest blunder in the history of mankind”, adding that MQM was working on the instructions of Indian agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
The PTI chairperson enquired that why British government was not taking strict action against MQM self-exiled chief for committing target killing of Pakistani citizens.
He added that Altaf Hussain was responsible for violence in Karachi, further saying that the city was making progress in 80s.
About Panama leaks issue, he informed that a resolution would be passed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly against the inaction of the state institutions and PTI would head to Supreme Court (SC) after making the move.
At the end, he stated that a tsunami march would be launched towards Lahore on 3rd September.
The PTI chief added that he did not have any official post then why Election Commission of Pakistan was stopping him from carrying out a public rally from Jehlum.
