Islamabad police asks provincial authorities for 6,800 rubber bullets
RAWALPINDI: The local police have informed the provincial authorities that they would require rubber bullets, 300 shipping containers and 10,000 tear gas shells during the PTI’s planned siege of Islamabad on Nov 2.
An arrangement to adapt to any conceivable peace circumstance amid the challenge was set up by Regional Police Officer (RPO) Mohammad Wisal Fakhar Sultan Raja at a meeting with the local cops of Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal on Saturday.
A senior cop said arrangements had been begun to handle the PTI’s arranged dissent in Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal. Despite the fact that neither the RPO nor the CPO formally gave subtle elements of the arrangement, the senior cop said no political specialist would be permitted to enter Islamabad on Nov 2.

While the DPO Attock requested 2,000 additional police faculty and 25 areas of the Elite Force commandoes, he didn’t request any elastic projectile or cudgel.
The senior cop said 1,400 police faculty and 26 areas of the Elite Force commandoes were requested by the Jhelum police notwithstanding 1,000 poisonous gas shells and 200 rod. At the point when asked whether the police would utilize water guns against the nonconformists/agitators, the cop said no such choice had been taken in this way.
