India compromising regional peace, says Mamnoon Hussain

Islamabad: Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s President Mamnoon Hussain said that Pakistan is determined to promote friendly relationships all across the world, especially with its neighbors, however India’s irresponsible behavior and its ceasefire violation at LoC  have compromised peace in the region.

Mamnoon Hussain was addressing the nation on Pakistan Day in Parade Ground Islamabad.

He said that Pakistan was ready to organize dialogues with India and wished to solve Sub-continetal issues in accordance with United Nation’s resolution. He added, however, India did not show seriousness.

The president said: “Pakistan will continue to extend moral and political support to our Kashmiri brethren.”

He also talked about the country’s war against terrorism, saying, Pakistan had completed the Zarb-e-Azb with full grace and had now launched the Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad. He said that operation is in its full swing and also praised military and civil administrations’ courage to tackle the cruel terrorists.

President also said that the economy of the country has been boosted up and it is emerging as strong economic tycoon. He also appreciated China and other friends.

“The China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will strengthen  ties even more and bring prosperity in the region,” said Hussain.

He said that the day reminds us of the zeal which made possible the emergence of Pakistan. He also congratulated the nation on the day.

Today, the 78th Pakistan Day is being celebrated all around the country with traditional zeal and zest. The day began with 31 gun salute in federal capital and 21 gun salute in provincial capitals.
