‘I am going to sue Imran Khan in court’: CM Punjab
Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that he is going to sue PTI chief Imran Khan in court regarding his allegations of corruption.
It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan on Wednesday (today) accused CM Punjab Shehbaz Sharif for making plunders through his front man Javed Sadiq.
Imran Khan had said that Shehbaz Sharif earned 26.5 billion rupees in terms of commission money through his front man Javed Sadiq who is a Canadian citizen.
CM Punjab Shehbaz Sharif while holding a press conference here on Wednesday evening stated that if Javed Sadiq would have been his front man, then he must had gotten a project but he remained unsuccessful in getting any project.
CM Shehbaz added that if court announces its verdict against him, he and his family would leave politics forever.
The CM asserted that these people (PTI workers) don’t want the completion of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a project worth 50 billion dollars and a gift from our Chinese friends.
He accused Imran Khan of forgetting the pure and sacred relationship between Pakistan and China.
“The Sahiwal Coal Power Project is an example for such people who are laying allegations against me”, Shehbaz said adding that “these people cannot prove corruption of even a single penny in other such type of projects across the Punjab province.”
The Punjab chief minister went on to say that Imran Khan can’t prove corruption by me adding he (Imran Khan) keeps front man with him.
