If people overeat then they should try to cut it down since it will help them control depression. It is very true that people either tend to eat a lot when they feel depressed or eat nothing, it is a way of making the body feel better, what we do not realize is that this habit will make it harder to recover.

Improve your Sleeping Habits
Sleeping too much can make one lethargic and lazy, this way they will lose the motivation to keep working hard and rely on sleep to escape the sadness of real life rather than facing it. On the other hand, sleep too little can ruin the body and it will hamper the brain to function properly. A lack of sleep also makes one feel lazy and tensed. People should sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours.
