The world’s love for Game of Thrones is taking a different shape now. Harvard University is offering a class based on the wildly-popular HBO Drama Series, this fall.

Reports have revealed that the class will be known as, “The Real Game of Thrones: From Modern Myths to Medieval Models,” and will be conducted by Racha Kirakosian, an Assistant Professor of German Language and Religion Studies, and Sean Gilsdorf, a professor of Medieval Studies.

The professor shared, “When I read medieval verse epics with my students, they’d say, ‘Oh, that’s like in Game of Thrones,”. The TV Show is an inspiration for the course, which will help the students to explore how life in the fictional TV Show can be compared to the reality of Medieval Times.

She added further, “Isn’t it partly our job [as professors]to use that interest and go deeper?”

A Game of Thrones class is the perfect way to indulge your students with you in an excellent way.
