Govt wants to ingeminate Model Town tragedy
London: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr Allama Tahir ul Qadri has said that the current government of PMLN wants to ingeminate the Model Town tragedy.
It is pertinent to mention here that in Model Town incident, 14 people including two women were martyred by the Punjab police while more than 80 were wounded in 2014.
He asked where the institutions of state are, have they been blind? If this is so, the institutions heads should go to doctors and get their eye sight checked.
He was giving his party stance on the arrests and torture of PTI workers by the Islamabad police.
He maintained that the PTI leadership as well as Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad have contacted him and appealed to join PTI sit-in going to be held on 2nd November. He informed that he would think over this appeal and would decide when to come to Pakistan in order to join this cause.
