Islamabad: A female student victim of gang rape has approached the Supreme Court (SC) on Friday to seek justice.
According to details, a female intermediate student named (M.S) resident of Muzaffargarh has filed a petition in SC through his counsel Zulifqar Ahmed Bhutta.
The petitioner in her petition informed the apex court that Khalid Shahzad Gujjar resident of Muzaffargarh had advertised a job vacancy in his private security firm. She applied for the required post and selected for one, where she worked adding that one day the accused and CEO of the firm Khalid Shahzad Gujjar had taken her to see a Madam to get training of field work training in a vacant house located nearby.
“The accused had forcefully raped with her and make videos, still pictures and threatened for dire consequences that this video would be uploaded on internet if informed any person”, the petition added.
She further said that accused along with other colleagues had been committing rape with her for eight months.
Talking to media after submitting the petition in SC, the affected student said that the main accused Khalid Gujjar and his colleagues have not been arrested by the City Police Station of Muzaffargarh so far.
“Although the local police have registered a case against them but did not make any arrest so far as the accused is very influential and close relative of local parliamentarian. Therefore local police did not take any action against them.
She appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take action against accused.
