PCB suspends cricketer Muhammad Irfan


Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suspended fast bowler Muhammad Irfan from all forms of cricket.

PCB has served Irfan a charge sheet in spot fixing case and gave him 14 days period to submit his response. Board has charged Irfan for violations of the code of conduct.

Last day, MUhammad Irfan recorded his statement before the anti-corruption unit of PCB in which he accepted that bookies contacted him during PSL. However, Irfan refused any involvement in spot fixing.
