Corpse of kidnapped intelligence agency official recovered from Multan

Multan: A dead body of secret service official, who was kidnapped two years ago, has been recovered from Multan, Saturday.

According to sources, a chained dead body dressed in Guantanamo detainees like dress was found near PTV Multan Station, Shujahabad Road, in the precinct of Qutubpur police Station in the wee hours of Saturday (today).

The corpse was found on Saturday morning near Cotton Research Institute, Shujahabad Road Multan, and identified as Umar Mubeen Jillani.

Jillani was the official of Inter-Service Intelligence’s (ISI’s) anti-terrorism wing, who was kidnapped in June 2014 when he left his house for duty.

Umar Mubeen was also the nephew of Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani.

His dead body bears torture marks and terrorists killed him by shooting in the head. Islamic State’s (Daesh’s) strip was also found on the corpse of Umar Mubeen.
