Cell administrations suppliers will give clients 100 percent credit on all prepaid mobile cards for a time of 15 days.
Beginning 12am on Thursday, cellphone clients get 100 percent credit balance on a recharge of any sum.
Sources said the decision was made at a meeting between Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) authorities and representatives of cell phone administrations suppliers.
It will stay as a result for the following 15 days, until the FBR and administrations suppliers figure another policy in such manner, they said.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan would then be informed of this strategy for its endorsement.
On Monday, the Supreme Court had requested a suspension in derivation of expenses on prepaid scratch cards.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar had requested the suspension while heading a three-judge seat hearing a suo motu case with respect to an expansion in charges on prepaid cards at the best court’s Lahore Registry.
Already, clients would get Rs 64.28 on the revive of Rs. 100 prepaid card, after subtraction of federal extract obligation, income tax and sales tax
