ATC issues non bailable arrest warrants of absconding accused in Baldia town factory fire case
KARACHI, October 03 (Online): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi has issued non bailable arrest warrants of the absconding accused in Baldia town factory fire case besides summoning investigation officer and owners of the factory.
ATC took up Baldia town factory fire case Monday for hearing. The arrested accused including Anis Qaim Khawani from Pak- Sirzameen party, Ali Qadri and Omar Qadri from MQM were produced in the court during the hearing.
Owing to non appearance of owners of factory and investigation officer the court issued show cause notice to SP Investigation and directed owners of the factory and investigation officer to appear before it on next hearing.
The court again issued non bailable arrest warrants of absconding accused including former head of MQM Tanzeemi committee Hammad Siddiqui and Rhman Bhola.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till October, 8.
