When Friday comes, many of us wait for new release but being a movie buff that I happen to be, ban on movie comes as a bad news. Pari was expected to be released today but the sudden ban is a mere disappointment. From the trailors, it appeared to be promising horror movie. It stars Anushka Sharma, Rajat Kapoor, and Parambrata Chatterjee in lead and was directed by Prosit Roy.
Actress of ” Rab Ny Bna Di Jori ” is newly married to the captain of Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli, and her audience in Pakistan was very much excited to see her, in her first movie after marriage, and that too a haunted one. But it is a sad news for the fans of Anushka Sharma in Pakistan.
It really hurts when one has made schedule to watch a movie after the Jumma prayer then suddenly one come to know about the ban of his much-awaited movie. Complete turn-off.
The next upcoming movie of Anushka Sharma ” Pari ” which was about to release today has been banned in Pakistan.
Through social media status, Nueplex cinema has announced that the movie will not be screened at the theaters in Pakistan
“We have just been informed that PARI has been banned by the Central Board of Film Censors, Pakistan. Hence the film will not be screened at Nueplex Cinemas,” declares Nueplex cenima.
Further the management of cinema has briefed that those people who paid for tickets, would get their money back.
Indian movie stars are nowadays under the shadow of unlucky star and so are Pakistani artists for being banned in India. Previously, Askay Kumar’s movie ” PadMan ” was also banned in Pakistan, because of the sensitive issue.
Yesterday, I was planning to go out and watch this movie because it has been a long time since I have watched a good horror-flick.
