Doctor Oz describes the three signs that show that your body is potassium deficient. Most of us get half of potassium our bodies need.
Look out for the signs below.
- Related to your brain: If you have a habit of forgetfulness and you feel that your brain fogs during talking.
- Related to your heart: If you feel your heart palpitations to skip sometimes then you might be potassium deficient.
- Related to muscles: If your muscles spasm after a workout or a night of sleep then you may be potassium deficient.
Many foods are rich in potassium. Bananas, sweet potatoes, beet roots, dried fruits, beans, fish and many other sources are rich in potassium.
