London: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has left for UK with other senior leaders on Thursday.
According to sources, PTI chairman desired to have a secret meeting co-chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari.
Sources claimed that Asif Zardari told Imran Khan that he can’t meet secretly to PTI chairman, but openly ‘yes’.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) decided not to take part in Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf (PTI) sit-in. Pakistan Peoples Party core committee member decided on Wednesday.
It was decided in the meeting that PPP will not take part in PTI’s sit-in at Raiwind as the party intends to make an issue-to-issue joint strategy with PTI in the Assembly.
In a bid to give tough time to government on Panama leaks, PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi held a meeting with PPP leaders including Aitzaz Ahsan, Khurshid Shah and Senator Saleem H. Mandviwalla to discuss a joint strategy on Tuesday.
Imran Khan had also signaled to summon All Parties Conference (APC) to launch a movement against the government.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jehangir Tareen also met with Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) leader and Ex-chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
