Despite the decades of sly Indian diplomacy and warmed-up borders: the personal relationship of Nawaz Sharif is going strong with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, by spitting venom against the institutions of Pakistan. That’s the price he has to pay to befriend India and other anti-Pakistan elements.
The ramification of his well-calculated interview to Almeida is reflective of his sentiments about Pakistan’s army and state-institutions. What else we are expecting from Modi’s friend. To appraise the army and state institutions for their efforts in the war against terror! No, we don’t have any wishful thinking of that sort. After all, he is a certified liar under article 62 and 63.
And soon his anti-Pakistan interview would see the light of the day under article 6 of the constitution, which states:
“Article 6: High treason.—1[(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.]
(2) Any person aiding or abetting 2[or collaborating] the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
3[(2A) An act of high treason mentioned in clause (1) or clause (2) shall not be validated by any court including the Supreme Court and a High Court.]
(3) 4[Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] shall by law provide for the punishment of persons found guilty of high treason.”
For those, in media and in politics, who sympathize with Indian or Sharif’s narrative, please watch carefully the Indian narrative regarding Pakistan and how “they” plan our future:
On another occasion, the same MP, Swami, articulates the plan of breaking Pakistan in an affirmative manner, not in holes and corner:
Videos which you have seen are not the sentiments of an ordinary Indian. “Dr. Subramanian Swamy is an Indian economist, mathematician, jurist and politician who serves as a Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. He was the President of the Janata Party until it merged with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Swamy has served as a member of the Planning Commission of India and was a Cabinet Minister in the Chandra Shekhar government.”
So, we can safely assume, if it is coming from their MP of a leading party, it’s India’s state-policy to trigger and execute terrorist activities in Pakistan but Sharif would never highlight anything of that sort. Knowing the fact that India always pursued an aggressive foreign policy to subdue Pakistan and its efforts against terrorism, such an interview of Sharif would add fuel to the fire at a massive scale.
Here is another well-documented proof by AlJazeera:
The US’s ever increasing cooperation with India, earlier with Obama’s administration and now with Trump’s, and its lukewarm response to Islamabad’s call, is yet another factor which would beget serious sequela of the statement of a three-time elected PM of Pakistan.
This statement was given with an intention to further corroborate the false narrative of New Delhi hence its media has adopted an offensive behavior towards Pakistan ever since.
Following the years of frozen relations due to the bitter Kashmir dispute and Indian violations of human rights, ties between Modi and Sharif are stronger than ever as the former made a “huge gesture by travelling to Lahore on an unscheduled visit to wish Sharif personally and attend the marriage ceremony of his grand daughter on December 25, 2015′.
Sharif won’t remember the terror attack on the airbase of Pathankot on January 1, 2016 but would definitely pin the ‘flase flag’ terror operation of Indian government, which they carried out in coalition with USA and Israel, on Pakistan.
In an official brief on Mumbai attack of 26/11, senator Rehman Malik stated today:
“Here is the factual position and this was official stand during PPP government on Mumbai attack, which was based on hard facts/substantive evidence. The statement of Mian Nawaz Sharif is substantially contradictory to the facts, therefore, there is a need to put the record straight, especially when this statement was made by a former Prime Minister of Pakistan.’
He further stated:
“I demand from Nawaz Sharif to kindly withdraw this statement immediately and take a briefing to mark difference between state actors and non state actors .The Indian agent Ajmal Kasab was a non state actor whereas Kulbushan Jadhav is an established State actor of India.
I hope Mian Nawaz Sharif will withdraw his this statement after reading the above hard facts, which clears the position of Pakistan. I wish Mian Sahib should have taken some briefing on this matter before giving this damaging statement.
Let me clear once for all that it was a RAW sponsored terrorism act on the line of Samjota Express attack in India planned and executed by Col Prohat with the assistance of RSS India, which is the parent terrorist organization of PM Modi.”
While Shahbaz Sharif is getting defensive with media and claiming that the interview was distorted, Nawaz Sharif after today’s hearing of Avenfield Case shamelessly endorsed the interview and claimed that many other people talked about this, he was not the first one. In addition to this, he also claimed he had many other evidences as well to come up with.
Why this thrice-elected yet disqualified PM won’t talk about the Indian terrorism which is well-documented both by national and international media. In April 2017, Islamabad released a video confession of a senior militant leader who exposed how multiple terrorist groups, including the TTP, cooperated with Indian and Afghan intelligence agencies. The Pakistani military showcased the video of former TTP spokesperson, Liaquat Ali, also known as Ehsanullah Ehsan, confessing that the TTP had received funds from India to launch terrorist attacks inside Pakistan on behalf of New Delhi.
But this close friend of India would never quote this to annoy his friends and anti-Pakistan elements.
Nafees Zakaria, foreign office spokesperson, in an address to United Nations exposed that India is using Afghanistan to launch terrorist attacks against Pakistan. Zakaria also denoted to the evidences provided by serving Indian naval officer Kulbhoshan Yadav, still in custody of Pakistan. He further told UN that India’s terrorist activities in Pakistan had been exposed by both the international and Indian media as well. The spokesperson was supposedly referring to an article published in The Hindustan Times, in which a senior and well-respected Indian analyst, Bharat Karnad, said that India was using the TTP to destabilize its neighbor.
Karnad told and quoted James Mattis (current and 26th United States Secretary of Defense and former United States Marine Corps) :
“Mattis’ request that India moderate its support for TTP will put Delhi in a fix because TTP is useful as an Indian counterpart of the Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Toiba, and Jaish-e-Mohammad deployed by the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in Jammu & Kashmir. Severing relations with TTP will mean India surrendering an active card in Pakistan and a role in Afghanistan as TTP additionally provides access to certain Afghan Taliban factions. This, together with the Abdul Ghani regime’s desire for India’s presence and the tested friendship with Abdul Rashid Dostum and his Tajik-dominated ‘Northern Alliance’, ensures that no solution for peace in Afghanistan can be cobbled together without India’s help.”
Despite all these well-documented evidences of India-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, Sharif won’t budge from giving toxic statements. With this well-calculated anti-Pakistan interview of Sharif, we might fall victim to the tough policies of US led motion to place Pakistan on ‘grey-list’ of countries financing terrorism.
It would be Pakistan’s fifth time to be on the grey-list of FATF as we first debuted on it in 2009.
If our country is to be put on grey-list, the international banking community is likely to be staved-off, and local investors will be looking for somewhere else to put their money. While the Pakistan army and its institutions are taking extraordinary measure to put Pakistan in the best of its shape on the map of the world, Sharif would ensure that we are shamed globally as if his Panama and Iqama were not enough to hang our heads in shame.
Following the Dawn leaks, neither Pak-army nor judiciary must have let these culprits go unabated, the concerned officials could and should have seen this coming after the first incident. Same group of people have been roped in by anti-Pakistan forces to build this salacious and false discourse in 2016. Such certified corrupts would never dislodge from their fraudulent positions of maligning our motherland—Pakistan.
