Lahore: Important figures of N-League and Peoples Party from PP-201 and 202 Multan called on Pakistan Muslim League (PML) senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi at his residence on Saturday and announced joining of PML.
On this occasion, Malik Qadir Nawaz Saangi also met Ch Parvez Elahi. N-League’s former Chairman Malik Ashiq Raah, Ch Tajammul Hussain Lambardar, Peoples party former Nazim Ch Saeed and Javaid Chaudhry said that they are joining PML because of political vision and wisdom of Ch Shujat Hussain and services rendered by Ch Parvez Elahi for common man particularly people of Multan and South Punjab.
They said that Ch Parvez Elahi had not only established modern Cardiology Centre, Children Hospital, and Dental College in Multan but also started ideal Rescue 1122 Service.
They also said that PML had constructed new schools and college and also provided free education and free medicines, abolished farmers agriculture tax, ensured procurement of every grain of wheat, provided cheap electricity and water and facilities and incentives for livestock as well as got constructed hundreds of kilometers of roads and bridges.
On this occasion, PML leaders Makhdoom Babar, Ch Mohammad Boota, Mohammad Asghar, Ch Abdul Ghafoor, Malik Mustafa and Mohammad Usman were also present.
