It had been counted days for Aishwarya Rai Bachan to made her 17th consecutive appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. While Bollywood beauties like Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone have already stunned us with their gorgeous avatars.

Aishwarya walked the red carpet for the cosmetic brand she endorsed with Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor. After she made our hearts skip a beat in an icy blue Cinderella-esque couture gown by Michael Cinco last year, we wonder what will she chose this time. Her attires and fashion picks have only developed with time and it’s great to see how her fashion graph has developed throughout these 17 years. From sticking to traditional silhouettes and Indian attires to going all out and opting for modern ones, Aishwarya has done it all. She was the first actress who had an opportunity to represent India on the French soil followed by Sonam, Katrina, Mallika and Deepika also.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has started her 17th Cannes walk and her preferred look is all pastel colours and sequins. The Bollywood actress represented a cosmetics brand at the Cannes Film Festival and walked the ramp.

Fans experienced a major wow moment as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan slayed in a dramatic purple butterfly gown with a 20-foot long train, in her first Cannes red carpet appearance this year.

The outfit, designed by Dubai-based couturer Michael Cinco, was patterned with Swarovski crystals and French palettes. Ultra-violet, midnight blue, and red thread works added extra details to the gown. The Indian diva completed her look with a pair of blingy earrings, shimmery purple eye-liner, middle-parted hair and red lips.

Aishwarya collaborated with Cinco for the second year in a row. She made a stunning appearance last year in a frosty blue ball gown by the designer. The Bollywood star was accompanied by her six-year-old daughter Aaradhya, who wore a red Gauri-Nainika princess dress.
