KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali has ordered the authorities to take effective measures to recover Sindh High Court Chief Justice’s son Owais Ali Shah safely.
Advocate Owais was kidnapped from outside a supermarket in the Clifton neighbourhood on Monday, according to the police.
CJP held the meeting today individually with Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, IGP as well as other officials of investigation wings of police and DG Rangers, at Supreme Court Karachi Registry.
Chief Justice said that the incident exhibited a wrong message to the people and it was very disappointing for the family of the victim.
Mr. Jamali also ordered to ensure the law and order situation and asked for the improvement in the situation.
